Check Stub Lookup for Microsoft Dynamics GP

Check Stub Look Up is accessed through the Transaction by Vendor Inquiry Extras menu and provides a view of the entire check stub remittance detail found on the original check.  This includes invoices, returns and credit notes along with drill down links back to each original document listed on the check stub.  In addition to the line item detail, users can also reprint the check stub on demand, quickly see if the check is open or cleared in Bank Reconciliation Management and access a detailed remittance Vendor Payment History Report.  For a quick video overview, click here.

AR and AP Historical Aged Trial Balance in Microsoft Dynamics GP Smartlist

The AR and AP Historical Aged Trial Balance in Smart List retains the data that is displayed when running the normal Historical Aged Trial balances in GP and populates a Smart List query with the requested report data.  Filters that are used in the report modification windows will be honored when the data is displayed in Smart List and further manipulation can be created using normal Smart list Search and Column options.
